My points are down of more than 10000, my credits are down of more than 50, a purchase I made before the "crisis" of about one hour ago, and interrupted, is not available... what happens?

i am down 24259 gold coins went from 4439 credits to 4377 credits and over 100 threads that i have posted  last time i looked i had 3451 threads  now it says only 3385
