How do I rate a thread?

I saw that some very kind people have rated my threads with gold coins but I cant see how I can reciprocate.

I only see Favourites, Shares, Collection and Like.  No Rate.

You will be able to rate threads when you reach level 1, at 26 credits. At level 1 you will have 10 coins to use for rating every 24 hours. When you reach level 2, you will have 20 coins, at level 3 you will have 30 coins, and so on. At level 0 you do not yet have coins available for rating.

Under the work you see this signs F, Twitter, G+, red P. Scroll down a little bit and in the middele you see rate, click on it, after you gave a reply, you will see a venster and the coins you have to spend. First you click on how much you will give, 5 coins and you see a list, choise one word, click on ok and you have rate that work. I must say you are in level.0 not sure if you have coins, check it.
The best way is first to earn coins, for the next level, do the every hour task to find in center at the right, give replys in every dairy, pattern and post some work photos if you have. Members give you a rate for it, for the next level.
