UPLOAD and DOWNLOAD PROBLEMS

HELP !!!!!

I can not download
I can not upload a rar or xsd file

I can not see my downloades in I BOOKS.
Files that I have downloaded have no file extension and are not recognized.
Where is the problem ??:(

its the same for me. Impossible to download anything : RAR, PAT or XSD. All files are without extensions.

I cant download anything either. It goes to winrar, but is a blank page. When I try to open it, it always says I need another volume, even if it is one download. It even tries to run, but goes nowhere. I thought the old system was pretty great. Why change it?
