Please help me....

I am not able too doo any task are all unable almsot now a week.. I cant get the hourly  buttons at all there are competely discconnected .. I cant down load anything with a sip ort a aer file

Yes i did try  the link from you to go check if they were working  .. since Monday late..
No there are no task waitin, the buttons have been gray all this tuime i
I did go to the stitch area to down load some of there charts just to try out... So ive been coming and all my points have been used up.. so im starting all over agian.. which is cool. I tried to sown load the rar from here and lost it as my pc crashed badly... saturday stuill trying to recollect my patterns thank goodness for the IBOOK section...       where i can retrieve what I  have lost and hopelly regain what was lost.. thank you fgor  texting to me..
