What exactly is "Free"?

Hello! Can someone please explain to me what exactly means "Free" in the title of a pattern?
Is it free patterns from the user (which means there is no charge of gold coins)?
Or is it a freebie that the user is allowed to use in the forum but can also charge a cost of gold coins to download? Because Ive seen some like that, too.

Every pattern that can be downloaded for free on the internet , without paying and without registration is free here too.
Maximum price for free patterns can be 10 gc

Yes,you can upload freebies,in pdf format as attachment ,in title you need to write : name of designer-name of the pattern,and word free.  Post time 2019-1-12 05:54

The pattern is available for free from the designer (from ravelry or the designers blog).
Max gold coins prize for such patterns is 10 gc, but you are also charged 30 gc by the forum for the download.
