Help with uploading- wont let me

Hello. I have been a member of this group for over 5+ years. But for some reason today when I tried to post a new cross stitch patter, this came up:

"Sorry, you are not allowed to post thread in this forum, please click here to view details".

When I click on the "view details" nothing really comes up to explain it. I dont believe I have ever done anything wrong on this site so I dont understand why it would say that. Thanks for any and all help!!

There  have been changes to the forum.    New uploads go here: http://www.pindiy.com/forum-268-1.html   It is a new forum where all new charts and patterns are uploaded into .
