Search Results, Scanned Patterns and Magazine Separate Patterns

It just came to my attention - out of my mistake, I have to admit :( - an issue that affects the search results...

According to the rules of uploading scanned patterns that belong to a magazine:
9) When posting an individual pattern from a magazine, you must mention the issue number or date and name of the magazine. If the magazine is posted with separate patterns in Magazine section, then it cannot be posted in the Scanned section

Perfectly logical!!! The site cannot be overloaded with duplicate patterns as it will become very slow, chaotic and finally useless.

However, Ive noticed that search doesnt give results on filenames of the separate patterns of a magazine in Magazine section. So, there is no way for a member to know that this pattern exists in the post of a magazine. And noone can possibly know every single pattern that has been published in a magazine... Therefore, a member might upload a duplicate pattern that will be afterwards deleted (more work for our moderators) or set a bounty for a pattern already existed!

To make long story short,
First, Im suggesting that members try to upload separate attachments of the patterns along with the magazine and/or even mention the patterns names in the text of the thread and
Second, Im wondering... Is there any way for the magicians-technicians of this wonderful site to extend the search results to the filenames of the separate patterns of magazines in Magazine section? or maybe they will think of a better solution! It will make moderators work much easier and less time consuming :)

This is not possible since the titles of the threads are used in the searches.

All you have to do is search for the magazine (hopefully before the pattern is posted) and go to the thread.

The single patterns will be there. This will save a lot of time for all members.

Members need to search before posting or post the pattern and have it deleted by the moderators.
Its very simple really, but time cosuming for all involved.
