not able to download

when i click on the link to download a pattern,the money is extracted from my account but when i want to click again to actually donwload the pattern it says that my ip address is blocked??
i can log in without problems, post a thread and comment but not download, i need to click sometimes 10 times before it finally works.
does anyone else have this problem?

There are several posts about this. Try refreshing the page if you get that message, that seems to work, from what Ive seen others write.

Im having problems downloading as well, but mine says "Loading" on the first click, never goes into the second click.

i am having the same problem, i have tried to refresh the page,  i have turned the modem off and back on again and have kept trying to click on the download link but nothing seems to work, I hope it can be sorted soon as it is very frustrating i really like this site

Hi I was having the same problem but have found that by installing a vpn program (virtual private network) on my laptop and my tablet it has solved it. I now have no problems downloading . There are plenty of free vpns  that you can download.

hi i had the same problem you are not banned its something a lot of people have been having problems with, I downloaded a free vpn  ( virtual private network)  and this solved the problem, there are many free ones on google play, or some that you have to pay for,  I have had no problems at all since I put a vpn on my laptop and my tablet
