Cannot download

Tonight I purchased GINGERBREAD KITCHEN, paid for all attachments and download fee. But when the page came up after purchasing the download, an advertisement for PDF conversion download came up. But when following link to the conversion site all I got was a 404 Error message saying this page no long exists. I normally have no problems with the PDF downloads, were as with the winzip.rar is always missing pieces of the download.

I can download the Gingerbread Kitchen, no problem, first you must pay and then click again on the pdf file and you get the pattern, 75 coins isnt it?

Not to be rude and I do apologize up front if I am. I went back into my purchases  and was going to see if I could try again to redown the Gingerbread Kitchen crochet pattern. I paid out 50 gold coins for the pattern and 30 gold coin for the download, only to find out now that the (from what is showing on my iPad) is that the thread has been modified or moved because I’m in the wrong tier for this particular pattern. My question now is: If I cannot download the pattern may I please have my 80 gold coins back?

I looked at the thread, seems normal (as if no tier or DIY requirement). Its weird if your purchase didnt register in iBooks. Sadly, I doubt you can have your coins back.

Honestly, there is a box that is coming up on my end that says “ This post contains more resources. Your user group does not have permission to access attachments.” So if I wasn’t meant to access this then why did it take my 80 coins? And why can’t I have them back if I can’t access the pattern?

The pattern you tried to download was posted twice on this site. One of these posts has later been moved to Recycled, as it was a duplicate. It seems the one you tried to download from is the duplicate, and that it was moved to Recycled after you tried to download the first time, and before you tried to download the second time.

Explain what happened, and perhaps Turquoise will reimburse your coins, but that is her decision. Normally, the forum does not reimburse coins.

yes after the payment you have to click again on the pdf file and you get the pattern
