Transfer coins

Last month I made a transfer and I was very surprised that my friend received 30 % less. Is this normal ?
Last times I made transfers she received always 10 % less.

The 30% "tax" has been in effect for over a month but yes the amount is normal.

Yes, that is normal 30% off, I never saw when I became a member and used the transfer that it was 10% off. :)
