I get what your saying charging more than allowed for free and Im sure the Mods are doing their best to control it. Bringing this up will as a topic definitely helps to identify a problem. And assists other users.
I always search on Ralvery or do a Google search to see if any pattern or a cross stitch design is free first before I download (figured that out after being taken a few times). And if it is free and the person is charging more than 10 gcs, Id report it and wouldnt download until it was changed. |
