Problems uploading pattern.

I try sinds yesterday to upload a pattern, but with uploading it stays running.
Also the file is not working.
I made a printscreen, look at the right corner below, red message.!!!

i was having the same problem yesterday but i managed to upload today, but the error was still there. i am still get the Chinese site popping up occasionally too.

I am also having a problem. It has taken about 10 tries over 4 days to download 2 parts of a 3 part magazine. Part 2 just will not download. It shows 10Mb of 10Mb downloaded but never completes. I tried using 7zip but that wont work either. I tried cancelling then retrying the download that didnt work. Its never happened before but for 5 days I cannot download. I am on Google Chrome and all updates have been done. I also tried on Firefox but its the same thing there. Any help would be most appreciated.:(
