Does anyone use wire?

Does anyone use wire to make their dolls stand up?  How do you use it?

I use it for pieces that can be changed, as a tail of a cat...
I use a strong wire but that I can change as I want.
Then I curl the edges so the end in contact with the work isnt sharp.

You need to curve the ends so that they dont come out of your doll (or amigurumi) or you can also use tape to make the ends safer.

You also need to know these dolls wont be safe enough for little kids.

On the smaller type if dolls I use pipe cleaners doubled up and wrap them lightly with the stuffing. Thanks for the question.
