can not download again

hello i have tried to downlad Magazine] MotherEarthLiving062017
but every time the dowload stopped and will not complete , this happend with every singel rar file, and even when i tried to download it again, it costed me points and i did ot get a complete rar file, sorry to  other you but i do not know where to sent it to

It is possible there is something wrong with the file, they can check it.
