Hi could anyone help re how to collect bounty

I uploaded mirabilia alice as asked for in bounty area, but when I have tried to post a link to collect the bounty reward it says I have no permission to post a thread, why not

You did post in that thread, and it was set as best answer. The bounty was thereafter recycled. You therefore should have received the bounty already.
