How do I download a chart?

It is showing up in my points log as a purchase, but when I click on the file name, it doesnt download.

Thank you for your help, Im not even sure what to be looking for tutorial-wise.

You may need to pay twice for the chart, once for the site and again for the person who posted the chart, but not everyone asks for a payment.  If you could post the link to the chart in question someone should be able to let you know.

You need 30 coins to pay for the attachment plus an additional 50 coins for the uploader.
