correct forum for requesting missing pages of book

Hi , Please could someone point me in the right direction to the correct forum to request a missing page from a book that was downloaded ?, just wondering if someone may have the book already in their libary,  so they didnt need to download or upload the one from the knitting magazinze/books forum,  and as it is already downloadable from here, I am unsure of where to  put my request I am prepared and willing to pay a bounty. and didnt know if I could put a Bounty up for the same book ?

Include a link to the book. This will get the book moved to the "recycle bin"

Then you can open a bounty for the book, explaining that certain pages seem to be missing from a version previously uploaded.
This way people get notified that this version needs to be re-uploaded and someone can check their version before uploading again.
