Cant download a pattern says restrictions?

Can someone help me? I tried getting this and downloading but it says only specific people can?

This pattern is available only for members DIY 2 and up.

You need to level up. Try commenting on things and completing daily tasks. This is actually a pretty cool site. Good luck!
