Why cant I see the attachment?

Hallo allemaal,
Gereld krijg ik onderstaande opmerking, vooral wanneer ik boeken of tijdschrifeten wil bekijken, bv in Daily Hoy

Weet iemand hoe dit werkt? Moet je hiervoor in een bepaalde usergroup zitten en welke is dat dan? Ik kan het niet vinden bij de beschrijving van mijn usergroup (of snap de engelse beschrijving niet), dus ik dacht: ik gooi het in de Nederlandse groep, krijg ik in ieder geval een duidelijk antwoord:)

Does anyone know how this works? Do you have to be in a certain user group for this and which is that? I cant find it in the description of my user group (or dont understand the English description), so I thought: I throw it in the Dutch group, I will get a clear answer anyway :)
