It has been in a magazine, as you can see from the picture below - but I do not know which one. It is designed by Emma Congdon. Shes been published in several magazines, so I cannot help further than providing you with the designers name. Sorry if Im not of much help.
I knew it was an Emma Congdon and I know Ive seen it in one of the mags here. But I like you cant recall which one. Thank you for sharing what you know. Much appreciated.
