problems to change my avatar

Hello..
I m on my mobile and Im not able to change my avatar (you see now here).
I cant change it.. do you know what could be the problem?
This is the first time that in a forum I cant change avatar... thanks a lot for the help!

Thank you for the help.. unfortunately from my mobile I cant change avatar.. it gives errors..
