The embroidered clothing in the Ukranian magazines I love very much.
The style of your type of embroideries is also beautiful.
Would you please be so kind to help me here: I love to know what kind of fabric you use for shirts and for dresses.
In my country - The Netherlands (Holland) - we also embroidered clothing but never with cross stitches like I see on your photos. We used just a thicker kind of white cotton for that, perhaps 20 threads/centimeter.
Do you use a fine evenweave like you do for other embroidery?
Cotton or linen?
Do you perhaps use a soluable fleece as a grid to cross stitch on?
