:loveliness: Fun fact:
The magazine Just Cross Stitch (and some other magazines by the way..) have a Christian faith background.
The reason why they are into lighthouses so much is because Jesus Christ is considered (symbolically) The Lighthouse. That means that Jesus is the Light of someones life. To guide you through everyday. Just to follow His light - that light of the lighthouse. Many (gospel-)songs are about this subject too.
