You cant.
And Im pretty sure the info you provided is kept.
Even if you yourself cannot see it anymore.

But maybe this is a back door (although I doubt it) found in the rules of this website:
....Creating Accounts:-
1. One account per Member, if a member is found to have more than one account, that member may have all his accounts deleted from the database and have his IP blocked.
