Solution found.

For anyone experiencing this problem, this is the solution I found (I must do both to extract all files):

1. Click on the file and choose "extract". Read error message. Only one file has extracted.

2. Open an extraction program. Choose "extract all". All 18 files have been extracted.

Unfortunately, I must do this for every .zip and .rar to extract all of the files, but it works.

I am not sure what problem you are experiencing with this file.
All four attachments are needed to get the complete pattern.
Put them in a folder, highlight them and right click : extract here.

My phone wont extract some files normally, so this is the solution that I found. I posted it to help others that might be having the same issue.

The Maia file is just an example.
