Various problems with the forum help...

Hello..
I have some questions about the forum that I dont understand.
I tried to change Avatar by following this tutorial
(ok another problem... Ive tried to attach here the url of the tutorial of this forum and a message say that I dont have permission to insert url...) its a bit annoying that everything I want to do its always impede... what permission i need? what I should do?)

But the problem is that whe  I insert a choise image, I click on the confirmation button but the image dont upload. Ive tried different images, sizes.. but nothing.. I mean, from a mobile it seems dot work.. I wonder if happens also to others or its just me that from mobile is not working the change of avatar? Another question is... Ive tried to send a message provste to an users but it says I dont have the permission. How can obtain permissions to be able to send messages private? I cant understand also how to check at what point am  with points (if theres need points).. I dont know, it seems I also can t upload some old crochet magazines to share.. these are vintage magazines.. I can share but I m not able to post... please let ne know what to do? thank you...

You are still level 0. You cant post urls or message users yet (to prevent spammers).
The avatar question I hope someone else can help you!

Just hang around and you will eventually level up and be able to send messages and post urls!

thank you for the info... to going up in level seems pretty hard... Im still level 0..and Im in the forum almost for 8 months...
