Basically you go back every hour to apply to "Everybody Hourly Bonus" and "Lvl.1 Hourly Bonus". Go to the upper right side of the screen, choose the "My center" button, then the "Tasks" button, and whatever is yellow, you can apply to. Just click on them. Please note that there are some system issues, so the avatar task wont work, and theres been difficulties reported with the email task and the Youtube tasks as well.

@Evans09 To earn coins:
1. log in everyday + 50 coins. Sometimes you can earn 50 coins for each logging on the same day.
2. post - 1 answer is + 5 coins, 1 thread is + 20 coins.
3. tasks + 5 coins every hour and + 12 coins every hour from the level DIY.1. My Center - Tasks - Completed tasks - apply for an hourly bonus.
Spend some time on the website to have more credits - you need only 4 to change the level. 5 posts/hour = 1 credit. 4. free talk - look up for red envelope thread - it is a gift from users (coins :D).
