how to convert XSD files

I have downloaded a couple of patterns and they are in XSD format. How do I convert this into a pdf or other format that I can read the pattern?

You need a program like Pattern Maker or SAGA Cross Stitch to read a file in .XSD format

Thanks. I have PCStitch, but not sure it will work the same.

I dontt know this program PCStitch and dont know wich files can open. Just try to open .XSD file trough PCStitch - over .XSD file icon click right button of mouse and choose Open with... option, than choose to open with PCStitch.

PCStitch will not open XSD files. Only Patternmaker will.
