File Error - format unknown or damaged

Hi,

I had downloaded the Laine Magazine - Issue 9 Autumn/Winter 2019. However, when I tried to open the same, I got the following message,

The archive is either in unknown format or damaged.

I had reported the error on 6th Feb, 2020 under Report of Informal Posts Replies. Tried downloading the same again on 10th Feb. Same error.

Appreciate your help.

Try downloading all the files again. Sometimes if there is a hiccup during the original download it loses something and you get that message. If redownloading doesnt work report the thread using the report button that is found on each thread. I hope it works for you and your download it successful.

I checked, and it didnt have any problems. Did you download all three parts? Did you get an error while downloading?

I could download and extract the files without problems. I suggest you try a different browser

Thank you all for your advice and suggestions. I re-downloaded the files and tried 7-Zip. It worked. I can open the file now :)
