Little witch by Svetlana Maksimenko-damaged document

I bought pattern part 1 and part 2 Little witch by  Svetlama Maksimenko, but I cant open-winrar says document is damaged!!! When I open with online unrar document is empty!!!
I hope you will return to me the spent golden coins to the damaged document!
