Grey bobble symbols here - can be beads (any compatitable size and color you want and any way of adding even sewing after crochet finished). Also if to add some lace border with the same beads included... mmmm. You can make just simple filled (or empty) cell in border line and corners and empty cell in flowers instead, if you dont want to use beads or crochet bobbles.
