No access to certain patterns

Here is but one  knit pattern that has no pattern info or download. Is there a reason?

I reported this several days ago. It seems to be only on certain threads which leads one to think perhaps they were doing maintenance at the time. Maybe. I was in the cooking recourses at the time. I believe cross stitch also has threads were files are not present.
