please tell me what does moderated mean and also what does it mean when a listing says 1 ignored

Moderated normally means that a moderator has looked at an upload (a pattern) to check if it is complete.

1 ignored is a message you get when you have a notification of a reply to a thread, and there is more than one new reply. In other words; oyu get a notification about new replies, but if there is more than one new reply to a thread, you get only one notifitaction, even if there are several new replies. It could also say 2 ignored, 3 ignored and so on.
