Every Birthday I receive here a notice about receiving gold coins as a birthday present.. But I never find such an e-mail, not even in spam and not even im my other e-mail address which I check just to be sure... So ... How can I get this precious present?

Do you have your mailsettings like in the picture?
If not,you will not get an email for your birthday.
