They are not the same patterns. One is First Day the other is Fifth Day as written in the title. The thumbnail images are different too.

Also, for reporting please use either the link Pitussa gave you or the report button you can find in every post just under the Favorites/Rate/Collection/Like buttons, the same height where the Comment and Reply buttons are, but at the right side of the screen.
