I have been a DIY.1 user for years and have 89 credits. How do I upgrade? I now have limited access to things I used all the time

You need to keep participating in the forum to up your level.

Though, please note that the disappearing categories are caused by a technical issue which is been worked on.
Hopefully itll get sorted out soon and everything will be back to normal.

Same here and now I cannot get into the cross stitch section anymore.

Yes, only way to up your level is by taking part in forum life.. reply, engage, post.. but it does seem to take forever.. makes it all the more special, when you finally see those stats go up.

I have no clue but when I try to access them it says I need to be a level 2. So if you cant access them it must be some type of glitch
