Uploading a new cross stitch chart

I just tried to add a new cross stitch chart, and I was able to add the picture and PDF file, but there was no prompt for me to add design size, threads used and all that sort of info.  I have only just started to add charts, so Im not sure if Im doing something wrong, or if there is a glitch in the sytem.

When you click on NEW button, did you choose "scanned info"?

Yes, I did that.

Its OK, I have just tried again and all that information has come up first, what a relief, I thought I was doing something wrong.

You need to click on the blue tab that says "scanned"
(ignore the orange circle, thats for the knitting patterns).
