How to download XSD

Does anyone know how to download XSD files? I want a recycled cross stitch pattern however its an XSD file and I cant seem to open it. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to open a XSD file?

Recycled files cant be downloaded.

Добрый день! Файл можно загрузить только с помощью программы Pattern Maker 4.06/  С помощью этой программы не только откроете файл. но и преобразите в pdf

XSD files are opened with Pattern Maker software

You just download them by paying for them and clicking on them to download, the same as all the other files.  

Then they open in Pattern Maker program.
However if you found the thread in Recycled you normally can find it again not in Recycled with a slightly different title in my experience.
