Carl Larsson cross stitch pattern

Has anyone stitched this pattern? CeWeC V 6303 - Carl Larsson
Its Carl Larsson In the Kitchen.  I just downloaded the pattern and Im very confused.  The pattern shows the same floss color being used several times with a different floss symbol.  If anyone can shed any light on this Id appreciate it!  I have no idea what floss to use where...

I see one floss color being used two times with a different symbol: DMC 562 (210 Anchor and 216 Anchor)
Isnt that right?
