Could not get pattern after buying

Hi all, I'm new here, still trying to find my way. I bought 2 charts yesterday for 100 gold coin and all I got was a picture even though others who bought said thank you for the pattern. What am I doing wrong? This happened last week to me also. Am I being scammed or do I contact the seller to asK? Thank you for any help.

Friend, there are no sellers here. Just come and download, after collecting gold coins. You made a mistake and clicked the wrong button. Try again according to the instructions that people wrote to you above. This site is really hard to navigate at first. Don't be upset and everything will work out for you.)

All threads and files on the site have been checked by moderators. There is NO scam for file downloads on here.

Are you clicking the image to try to download the file or clicking the file name (usually .pdf or .rar file)? Hovering over the image and clicking the "download" option that pops up will download the image and not the file.

see image: These are the 2 required steps to download a file here. #1 pays the purchase fee, and when the cost goes through, you click #2 to actually download the file.

The "thank you" posts do not necessarily mean they purchased the charts, they are responding to get GC.  In addition to buying the charts, the site charges you 30 GC for each purchase, perhaps you didn't have the extra GC to pay the site? I'm sure one of the moderators will chime in on this. It can be confusing when you first start. I would advise you to complete your "tasks" and comment on other folks posts (you get 10 GC for each reply) and a whopping 999 I think for verifying your email.

How do you envisage contacting "the seller".  You have to purchase the pattern by clicking on the pdf or zip file and then after you've paid click again afterwards on the pdf or zip file and it will download.

It's really sad that the go to conclusion for someone new is "I'm being scammed" rather than "I probably don't know what I'm doing."

3th step:
clic on the file for downloading
