Reoccuring incident of patterns being mispriced

Hi mods,

This has been a reoccurring issue where my patterns even though priced at 150 coins end up costing 30 coins. I've also done a test run and that came out fine. I know how to upload and price a pattern, I've accepted that somewhere in the process it always changes. Could someone please change the pattern I've recently uploaded to 150 coins?
Thanks

you are going to need to give a moderator the link to your threads that you think the price has been changed. Thhey will need to see what is going on, and determine if the price can be changed to 150 as you are requesting. @Turquoise

Can I hop on real quick on this thread to ask: what is the proper amount to charge for a pattern? Maybe someone can link me a "price range" as I often find patterns which are not 150 but higher (for a single, not bundles etc). Thanks to whomever will reply :)

Hi!
Maximum price for a pattern that you got for free (regardless of it being free all the time or just for a limited time) is 10 GC.
Other patterns are up to you, with a maximum limit that depends on your DIY score. For yours (DIY.1) from what I remember maximum price is 150 GC per pattern.

But as a tip, pricing a pattern a bit lower might be beneficial to you in the long end as more people will purchase it. 100 GC ans upwards are way less popular.

Keep in mind people will always need to pay 30 GC per download (adds up pretty quick if you have to download several files).
And there are full pattern books / magazines out there for 200-300 GC. So a single pattern has to be absolutely awesome to be priced high :-)

Hope I've been helpful!

I have noticed sometimes price (or title) is not kept if you click on "knitting info" or "crochet info" tabs on top.
I assure you mods do not change prices (we might remove the price from a "pay to view" thread, created by accident or lack of experience, but we put it in the upload price).
If a pattern is split on 2 files I may put them on a zip, but that's it.

Please send a priv msg to a mod that can fix the threads you need fixed.
