Can I notify the uploader

I wanted to know if I could ask the person who uploaded a file. But weren't able to download it? Because the attachment either had a poorly translated file. Because it wasn't the original language uploaded or if the file can't be downloaded because the attachment wasn't on. I know when I get notifications. It's just people comments., thank you for sharing, but I wanted to know if there was a way I could let the person know to reupload it possibly

From what I understand, you'd like to contact the uploader of a pattern which is poorly translated. I think that if a moderator has approved the pattern, it is judged as "good enough" for sharing, that is unless a better copy comes along then that one would be "recycled" and cancelled. Unfortunately I don't think it's possible to require a better copy or even contact the uploader as the privacy of the post is what "protects" the sharing from copyright problems. I hope a moderator can help you if possibile.

Yes it wasn't approved, because poor translation but I was hoping they could re-upload it to the original language instead of translated 1

I see. Would a moderate be able to ask? Or notify them if we can not for privacy
