Hello and welcome!
From what I know, unfortunately you can't simply buy an user group, you just level up when you earn enough credits! To find out how many credit you need to level up, you can click on your user group in the upper right side. You can increase your credits by commenting, posting a new thread, making a relevant thread (digest) or spending time on the site, following this formula: Credits=PostsX0.1+ThreadsX0.26+DigestsX5+OnlineTime(hours)/1.5
You'll level up in no time if you interact, don't worry :)
