Gotta agree with Ladycrochetina, I need very clear and visual instructions on my patterns! Once I see it done once, I can do it a million times, but I need that initial look at how it's made. Written instructions beyond the very known stitches often confuse me. That's why I like Petiteknit partners! She has videos uploaded explaining her techniques and those are definetly a must watch for her patterns as I don't find her written patterns super clear like most people do.

I don't have a favourite pattern, I like to vary much. I can read written or chart patterns. The only things I hate if ther's only a tutorial on youtube, some explanation by youtube I don't mind

Favourite patterns for which craft?  I like cross stitch patterns with minimal to no backstitch.

Dimensions cross stitch patterns from 1990s and early 2000s, those were the best!
