Points for chart

When you upload a chart and ask for a certain about of points for that chart, why is it sometimes changed by whomever publishes it?

Nobody changes that, but the system may if you as k for too much:

Lv.0 max 150
Lv.1 max 150
Lv.2 max 150
Lv.3 max  200
Lv.4 max  250
Lv.5 max  300
Lv.6 max  333
Lv.7 max  333
Lv.8 max  333
Lv.9 max  333
Lv.10 max 333

Just guessing because you don't describe the issue very well.

I think the topic poster is asking why the price tag changes. For example, the topic poster posted a chart and assigned 200 pins to download it. The chart gets approved by the mods but the price is 130.

You post wasn't that difficult to understand.

The system takes tax too, which if I may so say, a bit unfair.
So you lose a percentage of whatever you choose as pin/coin.
I haven't been here long, but its easy to see how the system works.
