I haven't been getting 10 points for commenting

Sometimes I get 10 points for commenting and sometimes I don't get any points.

you should wait a certain time (about a minute) between two comments, otherway you are not rewarded as the system doesn't like fast reply :-).

You have to wait for 1 minute between replies. Less than 60 seconds you will not get a reward.

I've always found the site doesn't post the comment if it's too fast, it says wsit so many seconds.
