Everyone hourly and diy5 tasks

Hi,
Can anyone tell me if the everyone hourly and level 5 tasks are still available? Both are missing for me. They appear when I'm not logged in but once I sign in.

It worked for the level5 but not the everybody hourly task

Sorry to be annoying but it looks like maybe both were held up there. I checked an it was applied.
