How did you learn to read bead patterns?

I love anything arts and crafts and that includes beading. Specifally I wanted to learn how to read the bead patterns for seed bead patterns. I've made a small 3d hummingbird but with a yt video. There's a 3d snake dragon I would love to learn to make, she has yt videos too but doesn't explain too well and the video is blurry at times so it's difficult to follow as a beginner. But she has a printable pattern was available for free but I'm very confused by it so I would like to know, if you do beading do you know how to read the patterns and if so how did you learn? Thank you very much!
