Ive been looking for this and very happy you share it here Bearlette, thank you for the information, that this is not the best scan, so  I wonder if theres someone who could fix the chart by making it more clear, and upload it again, it would be much help..thank you :dizzy:btw Ive download it and see the chart :$

Tried to clean it up, but I think I can read it good enough to print it and use color pencils or highlighter markers to make the symbols clear to read .. hop this can help someone. If I get a better copy I will share it ASAP :)
