No pins (coins) with replies

Hello, Happy new year! From yesterday i don't receive any Pins (coins) with my replies. Is there any problem?
I don't know how to ask for a solution >< I also know that i have to wait 1 minute between 2 reply but no coins at all... on my PC and my phone too :( help please

yes, everything is good today :) it came back to normal :)

If you go to points manage, it looks like they changed it from unlimited times a day (for pins reply) to max 127 times a day
